LaCrosseFit INC doing business as First Light Solar, provides in-person fitness training services, including coach-led group classes, strength and conditioning programs, and related gym services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, class schedule, or offering at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Memberships, Payments & Fees
All membership plans, drop-in fees, or other charges will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase or enrollment. Payments are due as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspended or terminated access to gym services.
4. Member Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information
Follow all gym rules, safety guidelines, and coach instructions
Use equipment responsibly and respectfully
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.
5. Mobile Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from First Light Solar doing business as First Light Solar related to class updates, scheduling, account notifications, promotions, and gym-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Confidentiality
Any personal or account information shared with us will be handled responsibly and used only for operational, communication, or service-related purposes, unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, programming materials, and intellectual property associated with First Light Solar LLC doing business as First Light Solar are the property of First Light Solar and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Light Solar doing business as First Light Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in gym activities, use of facilities, or inability to access services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Wyoming.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
